The Engineering Research and Innovation Cluster is a multi-disciplinary research institute at AUT University, based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our research capabilities and industry management experience provide a unique opportunity to create novel research and innovative ideas in interdisciplinary and industry priority fields for NZ. The Engineering Research and Innovation Cluster consists of four interconnecting research centres:

• Centre for Advanced Manufacturing Technology (CAMTEC)
• Centre for Rapid Product Development
• Centre for Reconfigurable Systems
• Centre for Technology & Innovative Management

Research interests and industry/stakeholder drivers are integrated from three faculties within AUT:

• Design and Creative Technologies
• Business
• Health and Environmental Sciences

and across the following schools:

• School of Engineering,
• School of Business,
• School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, and
• School of Sport and Recreation.
