TRIZWorks helps you to identify the problem you are facing, and once you have identified the engineering principles that are in conflict, automatically suggests the most appropriate Inventive Principles to use to resolve your problem. You can either enter you data directly in the main screen, or you can use the "TRIZ Wizard" that will guide you through the steps.
One of the tenets of TRIZ is that problems are often solved time and time again simply because we do not possess the knowledge that a problem may already have been solved. The TRIZ database gives you access to all problems you have previously come across, and thus helps you to avoid resolving the same problems many times.
